Insurance and Billing Staff

Urology and Urologic Surgery, P.C., is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. We provide insurance billing. Any fees not covered by insurance will be your responsibility.

Please call us with any questions regarding which insurance plans we accept or other billing concerns. Insurance coverage and benefit questions should be directed to your insurance company.

Jaetta

Jaetta supervises our billing and insurance department. She is an insurance administrator with a medical coding certificate and extensive experience. Her long history of healthcare business experience is helpful as she works to coordinate coverage with insurance companies, resolve billing issues and work with accounts receivable. Jaetta can answer questions regarding electronic billing and collections, as well as respond to insurance company and patient inquiries.

Cherri

Cherri is an insurance administrator who is versatile with multiple computer systems and communicates with insurance companies and patients regarding their accounts. She is available to resolve issues regarding insurance coverage and patient accounts. Cherri assists the nursing staff with coordination of care. She can answer questions regarding electronic billing and collections and responds to insurance company and patient inquiries.

Kristie

Kristie is an insurance specialist. She is proficient in multiple computer systems and communicates with patients regarding their accounts. Kristi is available to answer questions involving electronic collections as well as other patient inquiries related to accounts. She also assists in arranging patient appointments and meeting administrative needs in our University of Tennessee Medical Center office.
