Urology and Urologic Surgery, P.C., is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. We provide insurance billing. Any fees not covered by insurance will be your responsibility.

Amanda

Amanda is an active insurance administrator who is versatile with many computer systems and communicates with insurance companies and patients regarding their accounts. She is available to resolve issues regarding insurance coverage and patient accounts. Amanda assists the nursing staff with coordination of care. She can answer questions regarding electronic billing and collections and responds to insurance company and patient inquiries.

Jaetta

Jaetta is an active insurance administrator with extensive coding experience, and has a medical coding certificate. She has a long history of healthcare business experience. She works with accounts receivable and coordinates coverage with insurance companies to resolve billing issues. She can answer questions regarding electronic billing and collections and responds to insurance company and patient inquiries.
